A strong
interest in how
scientific information is communicated, both within the scientific
community and to the general public, drew me to a career in technical
writing and has kept me in this field for 17+ years. I can't help but
love having a career that teaches me something new every day! Projects that I have worked on as writer, editor or project manager include software documentation, pharmaceutical sales training materials, websites aimed at medical professionals, children's educational science-based CD-ROMs, online corporate training programs on a variety of topics and a corporate blog on eLearning topics. I have seen many projects through from inception to implementation, often managing teams that include other writers, graphic designers and web developers. |
