For smaller projects, I typically charge by the hour. For larger projects, I prepare a customized quote based on the requirements of the project. What is your production process?As part of each project kickoff, I prepare a scope of work and production schedule that details the agreed-upon review/revision cycle. I will work with you to determine a process that fits the project and meets your needs. How do you communicate during projects?In addition to scheduled meetings, I remain available for communication throughout the project, using a combination of email, telephone, web conferencing, and Skype. Do I need to sign a contract?For small projects that are paid in full on project launch, the signed proposal serves as our scope of work and contract. For larger projects that are paid in installments, we sign an Independent Contractor agreement that outlines the scope of the project, due dates, payments, and copyright ownership. If you do not have an Independent Contractor agreement, I will provide one. What are your payment terms?For small projects, I ask for full payment up front.
